dictionaryWhat if we could back to the very first start, when milk was just milk and turf was real in any case? What if things never really changed at all?

Guess what? Our dictionary would be much much smaller. Because when change makes its way, and new things step into our lives, we feel the need to distinguish them from the old ones. And that is what retronyms are: new words that we now feel the need to use to differentiate something from its original version.
