It’s easy to get confused and almost impossible to get the full picture as heated debates populate the net about the changing role of the translator, the revolution of machine translation, and lately the purpose of open standards and interoperability.
Two private entities, ProZ.com and TAUS, are organising the Great Translation Debate Virtual Event on 29 September to ask questions, discuss, agree and disagree in the spirit of gathering collective wisdom to answer some of our questions.
