Video Fix: Book trailers

1585

Formerly reserved for independent authors who wanted to give visibility to their work, today, editorial launches and book trailers mostly go hand in hand. As its own title suggests, book trailers are short videos, similar to movie trailers, to promote books or e-books through catchy audio-visual elements. In the Internet era, the book trailers’ target is familiar with television series. This tool is very convenient e.g. for biographies, due to its ability to display the subject in flesh and blood on screen.

Check out the book trailer of “The Prague Cemetery” (in English), “Madame Butterfly” (in French and English) and “Bajo la misma estrella” (in Spanish)!
