The upcoming annual Conference by the Italian Association for Terminology (Ass.I.Term) will focus on resources and tools for developing and disseminating terminology. The event will be held online via Microsoft Teams on October 15th-16th, in collaboration with Eurac Research.
Within the programme, the following speeches will explore some of TermCoord’s projects:
- Accrescere la consapevolezza della parità di genere: l’esperienza dell’Università “Parthenope” nel progetto internazionale YourTerm FEM (Raising awareness about gender equality: the experience of “Parthenope” University in the international project YourTerm FEM) by Raffaella Antinucci, Carmen Serena Santonocito;
- La banca dati terminologica IATE: il caso del termine fake news nelle lingue romanze (IATE terminology database: the case of the term fake news in Romance languages) by Serena Mottola, Nicla Mercurio;
- Elaborazione e gestione di (meta) dati terminologici (Processing and managing terminological (meta) data) by Federica Vezzani, Giorgio Maria Di Nunzio.
Raffaella Antinucci (University of Naples Parthenope) and Federica Vezzani (University of Padua) are partners of the Terminology without Borders project and members of its Steering Committee.
