Food Terminology E-Book – University of Parthenope X TermCoord

1478

TermCoord is publishing the first E-Book on Food Terminology in collaboration with the University of Parthenope (Naples, Italy).

In the context of the IATE Food Term of the Week, students are invited to write an article on a dish of their choice so that they can make it discover to our readers. The Communication Team of TermCoord publishes it on our website and promotes it on all of TermCoord’s social media.

This initiative was launched in 2016 and anyone interested by this project is invited to write a food article, to be published every Saturday.

We gathered all the articles written by the PhD students from the Parthenope University since 2020 to create an e-book on Food Terminology. You can read more than 40 articles on Italian specialties, whatever they are: sweet or savoury.

The idea is to put European culinary specialties, and in this case, Italian specialty dishes, in the spotlight to make it more famous and to celebrate culinary diversity, directly linked to the culture and so to terminology.

When reading this E-Book, you will want to taste all of these amazing dishes for sure!
