We are pleased to announce that the application period for the 2023-2024 Schuman Traineeship session from October 2023 to February 2024, has started! Join us on a new professional journey in the Translation Services of the European Parliament. The deadline to apply for a five-month paid traineeship in the Directorate-General for Translation at the European Parliament is 31 May. There is no better place for an aspiring linguist to be!
Three trainee positions are available at TermCoord in the areas of communication and terminology. Our ideal candidates should be proficient in at least two languages and have experience in both communication and terminology.
Our terminology trainees will gain knowledge on how to use the IATE terminology database, manage terminology projects, gather resources, and speak on behalf of TermCoord in interactions with outside partners. They will also be able to publish numerous articles on languages, and produce and advertise various forms of social media material. Our communications trainee will have the opportunity to engage in internal and external communications activities with a wide variety of stakeholders, and will be also responsible for web editing, writing and publishing articles for our web presence, collecting resources from the internet, and managing our social media presence.
